Allied Partners has a strong Miami presence, with an office there managing its growing portfolio of long-term investments and development projects. The portfolio includes the acquisition and redevelopment of the classic Art Deco Savoy Hotel in South Beach, a 75-room hotel that is currently operating.

Allied Partners is a partner in Terra Holdings, the parent company of Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property. Terra is among New York’s largest residential brokerage and management firms, with 400 managed properties and 2,000 sales agents in 52 offices across the tri-state area, the Hamptons, Miami, and Palm Beach.

Eric D. Hadar Family Foundation

The Eric D. Hadar Family Foundation was founded by Allied Partners CEO Eric Hadar out of a deep commitment to the city we call home and a clear understanding of the inequities we witness through our work and investments in New York City. Rooted in that responsibility, we support initiatives identified through our close involvement in the real estate community, focusing our resources on opportunities that open doors, strengthen communities, and make the greatest difference. Our mission is to empower inner-city children, help close the wealth gap, expand access to opportunity, and address the city’s most pressing needs with compassion and purpose.

For more than a decade, the Foundation has worked to create pathways for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering the tools, confidence, and support they need to imagine and build brighter futures. We are equally committed to advancing research and treatment in the field of substance abuse and to supporting individuals in recovery and their families through job training, housing assistance, and long-term, stabilizing services.

The Foundation provides ongoing support to the Division of Substance Abuse at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where we help advance promising research and have endowed an annual lecture series to share emerging insights. We also have meaningful ties, create and contribute to programs at the Samaritan Daytop Village Foundation, the USTA Foundation, and the New York Junior Tennis League, providing 36 inner-city children with access to tennis coaching and academic tutoring.
